When people leave Companies, they are always leaving the people in the companies. They are saying there is not enough value in the personal relationships to continue. It is through the personal relationships that value is delivered or not, and when someone leaves my company I must own that I did not provide the value they desired. The only person I can change or control is me. And I am fully responsible for all of the people “under” me in my organization.
